Neutrally decorated in the majority of the rooms and with two double bedrooms and a separate cloakroom WC. There is gas central heating and double glazing with one of the bedrooms with single glazing only. Most importantly the property is freehold. The rear garden looks to be in fine fettle, but sadly the cat is not included.

However, from the description it seems a fairly good spec with the only admission that the rear garden needs of “Modernisation”. I have no idea what that means, maybe the grass requires sanding down and re-varnishing, I dunno?

The asking price is for offers over £90000. This is just below average for a property of this type in this area, but the fact that offers should be over £90000 means that they are probably looking around £100000 for this one.

Unfortunately, the listing lacks photos of the bathroom and two of the bedrooms. The spec looks right on the money with no major issues that need immediate attention. Marketed at offers of over £100000, however it is interesting to note that the price has been reduced by £10000 in just over a month since being listed.

The asking price is £90000, which is about average for a property of this type and area. The location is ideal for local schools, all within a mile. Healthcare amenities such as doctors, dentists and chemists are also within easy each. Transport services are very good with bus routes and major road networks nearby with Walsall town centre less than a mile away. There is double glazing, gas central heating and parking is on-road. I would urge a viewing asap.

Roll up, roll up guys and gals and feast your eyes on this little beauty! My advice? Get in there now and arrange a viewing! Unfortunately, no photos of the bedrooms or rear garden, but from what I can see, the spec is bang on the money. If the two bedrooms are in just as good a condition, then this baby is good to go.

‘Great investment or first time buy’, so reads the post. There is a tenant already in situ, so on the face it, this one seems all ready to go. However, there is just one vital piece of information the agent has neglected to mention…Can you guess what the vital piece of information it is? Yep, that’s right…They forgot to mention what the current monthly rental is…Quite a HUUUGE omission when they’re marketing the property with ‘Sitting tenant’, don’t you think? Anyway, I contacted the agent and they confirmed the pcm rental to be £525.00.

Sadly, lacking photos of the bathroom and the bedrooms. Additionally, these photos must have been taken before the tenant moved in, so a viewing is an absolute must in order to evaluate its current state. But from what I can see, a nice and tidy property with a decent spec.

The location is ideal for local schools and other amenities and transport services are within easy reach. There is double glazing, gas central heating and parking is On-road.
