This signals to me that the owners are eager to sell and that there may be more “Wiggle Room” available. It can be rented as it is, but I would recommend that it is updated at some point, whether this is done in one go or over a period of time.

This is a large two bedroom end terrace house in superb condition and can be let as it currently stands.
