The whole “ensemble” is finished to  a very high “spec”. However I would question the light coloured carpeting with a view to long term letting. I would be inclined to replace it with laminate, very much in keeping with the rest of the property.

If you’re looking for capital growth, this isn’t for you. Long term letting is the what this particular property is about and with above average yields of 8.14% you can see why.
