I really like what has been done with the lounge diner. the open plan really does give the impression of a huge sized lounge with dining area.

A family bathroom has also recently been added downstairs and there is also a separate wc upstairs. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary space for white goods and washing machine plumbing. There are two double and one single bedrooms. The rear garden is large compared to some terraced houses and is also low maintenance ie no grass and lacking in other greenery that requires maintenance. However, it does look like it needs some attention in certain areas around the paving slabs…A power washing and weeding looks like it wouldn’t go amiss. It never ceases to surprise me that someone can drop some serious wedge in getting the interior to look right, but then somewhat neglects obvious aspects of the external, which could have been sorted with a fraction of the cost of what was spent on the interior.
