I really like the look of this one, however not all the aspects of the property have been covered in the posted photos. The spec is excellent with a large lounge, modern fitted kitchen and bathroom. I appraise the rental as £595.00 pcm, which is very much in keeping with properties of this type and in this area. If the property sells at the current asking price the yield is in the region of 6.49%.

Interestingly, the asking price has been reduced by 8% already for the four months it has been on the market and I hasten to add, if it sells at the current asking price there is a slight increase in capital growth as well, at around 11%.

The décor can be left as it is as it perfectly fits the lettable standard I look for. As you can see, the property is nice and spacious and it is a pity that there are no photos of the missing aspects. It has three bedrooms, two of which are double sized. The kitchen is nice and big, with modern fitted units giving plenty of storage space and room for white goods.

Top it all off with off-road parking at the front for at least a couple of vehicles.

The location is ideal for commuting. Just off the A5 and just round the corner from the M6 Toll, equidistant between Cannock and Lichfield. The property is also within the catchment area for two local schools, Brownhills School and Watling Street Primary school. Many other amenities and services are all within a short distance away.
