On the face of it that seems like a deal breaker, but how much does it cost to install a central heating system? Well, around £2K to £4k on average depending on the size of the property etc. However, since the property is cheaper than the average two bed on Tamebridge and there may yet still be some “wiggle room” when negotiating. The cost of installing a heating system could be offset against that.

Not a very good showing from the agent I have to say, but do not let that stop you from making a viewing appointment. The spec is right, the area is right and the price is right…Apologies, couldn’t help myself.
