The south side of Walsall is a great location for rentals as it borders onto Birmingham making it ideal for the professional commuting to and from the City. A well established community with good primary and secondary schools nearby (Delves and Parkhall Junior Schools/ Q3 Academy, Barr Beacon, Joseph Leckie Academy) also adds appeal to the area.
The property looks well maintained and in good decorative order. From the agents particulars I couldn’t make out if the property has full or part central heating and as the EPC rating is still awaited it’s difficult to tell if the improvement has been made. Some of the properties on this street require this aspect of upgrading hence, I point this out.
Another negative for rental is the missing bath tub! Although the young professional may not be so concerned, the family will certainly see this as a downside. This is however, easily rectified of course and there does seem to be enough space in the bathroom.
The price is reasonable and the ‘pros’ definitely outweigh the ‘cons’ making this an ideal investment proposition for the budding or existing landlord.
