Now first a disclaimer. I’m not writing about the Delves area of Walsall on purpose – honest!! It’s just that properties are turning up in this area for sale at reasonable prices. Coupled with other factors and indicators around capital growth and current yields it just makes sense to me.
A landlord looking to invest in this property for rental will need to do some work for sure. The decoration needs to be neutralised to make it appealing to the wider market. Also the one improvement I would make immediately is to install full central heating which will also add value to the property.
