Just a quickie for today. Cotterell Court is a popular block apartments with a mix of rental and home owners. In general they are “compact and bijou” and absolutely ideal for a single person to rent and this one is no exception.

It is ideally located within walking distance of Walsall town centre and some other local amenities. There is also has the provision of off-road communal parking.

A good quality of finish to the decoration makes the property light and spacious with the addition of some good hard wearing flooring. As you can see the property does not require anything doing to it, not unless you want to of course. This is as “good to go” as it gets.

Heating is not ideal in the form of Economy 7 storage heaters, however there is double glazing throughout and the EPC is rated at “C” and even has the potential of reaching a “B”.

Even though there is not a picture of the bathroom the description states that there is a bath and a shower.

The property is leasehold and at the time of writing the property description states, “Lease details are currently being compiled”. So, nothing more to go on than that I’m afraid.
