A traditional terraced house that is for up for a cash only sale. Interestingly, the price has been reduced within the last two weeks. However, despite this decrease the property’s sale history suggests that there is some capital growth of around 14% as well as a fairly healthy yield.

The décor in terms of the colour scheme does leave a lot to desired and I would strongly urge to splash a bit o’ cash to change it to the Magnolia/ white combo.

By the looks of things and I am unable to confirm via the property description or the supplied photos, as to whether there is actually any heating in the property?  However, the cost of installing a full gas central heating system into a property of this type shouldn’t cost any more than £2,500. There is double glazing though, so not all bad.

The room sizes are typical of a terraced house and suggest both double sized bedrooms, but unfortunately no picture of the bathroom so I have no idea of the style of the suite. The description doesn’t mention a shower either, so I guess there isn’t one installed. The kitchen is modern style and looks to have plenty of cupboard space and room for usual white goods.

The rear garden is in need of some TLC especially the fencing borders. Like a typical terraced garden it doesn’t offer much space, but a lot can be achieved with some attention in the right areas.

The location is bordering north Walsall and into Bloxwich. Walsall town centre is within a mile. The major road networks are all within easy travelling distance.

If the property sells at the current asking price and if a central heating system is installed the appraised rent level is in the region of £475.00 pc giving a yield of 8.77%.
